We conduct extensive research on your property, street, neighborhood and market activity to accurately price your home. While online home valuations on sites like Zillow.com and Realtor.com can provide useful estimates, there is no substitute for pricing done by an agent who has seen in person what else has sold in your area and how it compares to your property. We know what buyers are looking for and how to price accordingly.

Preparing Your Home for Sale

Juliette does multiple walk-throughs of the property to develop an action plan to get the house “show ready”. Recommendations may include de-cluttering, repairing cosmetic deficiencies, painting, decorating, landscaping, and staging. Your property will not be photographed until Juliette gives her final approval.

Strategic Marketing

We execute a strategic marketing plan to sell your house for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. We use high-end professional photography, videos and floorplans to create custom collateral marketing materials, including websites, brochures, postcards, but our secret is in knowing how to brand your home and present it to the right buyers. We target buyers using Juliette’s vast database, social media, advertising, and press in major publications, such as the LA Times, Forbes, and the Hollywood Reporter.

Completing the Sale

Once we have procured a buyer for your home, we guide you through every step of the escrow process, from negotiation through closing. When issues arise, whether it’s related to home inspections or the buyer qualifying for their loan, we have seen it all. We are your advocates and are here to advise and lead you to a successful close.
